After a few weeks of rehearsing we got to play live, Iain (from NZ band Fat Freddy’s Drop) creating an hour long groove of ambient and dancy electronica, and myself on Tagtool creating a bunch of inter-related characters. Such fun! We’ve called ourselves Kuki Koori and are now booked to play a few performance, music and lights festivals next year. Tagtool is killer! Plus publicity shot using traditional live light painting and an olympus camera wifi to ipad - with a suitable hdmi mixer we’re thinking of adding this into our gigs, either at start or finish…
